AcrylLAB draws on the established 新高地 (Xingaodi) acrylic operation — a vertically integrated workshop that combines in-house design, process development, precision fabrication, and engineering installation. More than a decade of acrylic fabrication experience goes into every chamber we build, from material selection and CNC machining to bonding, sealing, and finishing.
Because we fabricate in-house rather than reselling, we control quality at every step and can take on custom and made-to-order builds that off-the-shelf suppliers can’t.

Custom and made-to-order
Most of our work is built to specification. Send us your internal working dimensions and requirements — custom openings, ports, gloves, valves, and pass-through chambers — and our team will engineer a chamber to match, then confirm specifications, price, and lead time before production begins.
Beyond standard chambers, we review requests for transparent acrylic research columns, instrument enclosures and application-specific interfaces. A sketch, required internal dimensions and description of the intended process help us assess the construction and prepare a quotation.
