How custom acrylic laboratory equipment orders work

AcrylLAB builds acrylic glove boxes, vacuum chambers, accessories, and custom laboratory setups around confirmed dimensions, interfaces, and operating requirements.

1. Share your requirements

Send the intended equipment type, internal dimensions, port locations, glove size, vacuum requirement, accessories, quantity, destination country, and any drawings or sketches available.

2. Confirm the specification

We review the requirements and confirm the practical design details, including acrylic thickness, reserved interfaces, door or lid configuration, sealing approach, fittings, and operating limits.

3. Review quotation and drawings

For custom work, production starts only after the quotation, dimensions, drawings, port locations, accessories, and performance requirements are approved in writing.

4. Production and inspection

Lead time depends on the approved configuration and component availability. Completed equipment is checked before packing, and large chambers or glove boxes may ship in reinforced wooden crates.

5. Shipping and delivery

Freight shipments require suitable site access and unloading arrangements. Review the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order.
