Ordering & quotes

How do I place an order?
For a standard model, order directly from the product page. For a custom size, extra ports, or a special configuration, request a quote (below) or start from our Custom & Made-to-Order collection.

How do I request a quote?
Email support@acryllab.com with: the product and size (or internal working dimensions for a custom build); operating mode (inert-gas, vacuum to −0.1 MPa gauge, or both); any extra ports, gloves, valves, or pass-through chambers; quantity and destination country; and whether you need a proforma or official invoice. We’ll reply with specifications, pricing, lead time, and a shipping estimate.

Can I order a custom size or configuration?
Yes — most of our products are made to order. Tell us your requirements and we’ll build to spec.

Payment & invoicing

How can I pay?
You can pay by card at checkout, or — for institutions and larger orders — by bank transfer or against a purchase order (PO).

Can you provide an official invoice?
Yes. An official or proforma invoice is available on request — just include your billing details when you order or request a quote. For custom builds, production begins after the quote is approved and applicable payment terms are met.

Lead time & shipping

How long does it take?
In-stock standard items are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order units have a lead time confirmed in your quote, beginning after you approve the final drawings and specifications in writing.

How are units shipped?
We ship worldwide where permitted. Large glove boxes and vacuum chambers are fully crated and shipped by freight; freight cost is quoted based on size and destination. See our Shipping Policy for details, Incoterms, and delivery-inspection guidance.

Product & technical

What vacuum level do the vacuum chambers support?
Vacuum-capable chambers are rated to −0.1 MPa gauge pressure. Glove boxes labeled “non-vacuum” are for inert-gas purging only and must not be connected to a vacuum pump.

What’s the difference between an inert-gas and a vacuum glove box?
An inert-gas glove box displaces internal air with nitrogen or argon for a low-oxygen atmosphere. A vacuum-capable model adds a transition antechamber so samples can be moved in and out without breaking the controlled atmosphere.

Can I add temperature or humidity control?
Yes — see our Accessories & Modules for temperature and humidity control modules that integrate with a system.

Warranty

What warranty do you offer?
Every unit carries a limited commercial warranty: free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal, documented use within the approved specifications for 12 months from delivery or commissioning (whichever comes first, and no later than 15 months after shipment), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@acryllab.com with your order number or invoice, product identification, a clear description of the fault, the operating conditions, and photos or video. Please don’t return a unit without prior written authorization. For a verified covered defect we may provide remote guidance, replacement parts, repair, or replacement, at our reasonable option and as required by law.

What’s not covered?
Consumables and wear items (gloves, seals, gaskets, filters, desiccants), normal wear and cosmetic scratches, and damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, operation outside rated limits (including beyond −0.1 MPa gauge), improper installation, chemical incompatibility, accidents, or customer-arranged transportation. See our Terms of Service for the full warranty terms and exclusions.

Returns & support

What is your return policy?
Standard in-stock products have a 14-day return window (unused, original condition and packaging). Custom-size and made-to-order products are non-returnable, as they’re built specifically for you. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
