These Terms of Service govern purchases from 成都新高地新材料科技有限公司, trading as AcrylLAB ("AcrylLAB", "we", "us").

Business and laboratory use

Our products are primarily supplied to businesses, universities, research institutes, laboratories, and industrial users. They are intended for use by trained and qualified personnel. The customer is responsible for application assessment, site safety, operating procedures, personal protective equipment, hazardous-material controls, regulatory compliance, and operator training.

Product information and specifications

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and may not be to scale. Only specifications expressly included in the order confirmation, approved drawing, written quotation, or signed agreement form part of the agreed performance requirements. Catalog descriptions, discussions, recommendations, or expected experimental results do not create a performance guarantee unless expressly incorporated into the approved written specification.

Custom orders and drawing approval

For custom and made-to-order products, the customer must review and approve dimensions, port locations, accessories, materials, operating limits, drawings, and application requirements in writing before fabrication. Production begins after applicable payment requirements and written approval are received. Changes after approval may require revised pricing and delivery time.

Cancellation before final drawing approval may be accepted after deduction of non-recoverable costs. After drawing approval, procurement, or fabrication begins, the customer is responsible for costs already incurred or committed. Completed custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, without affecting remedies for verified defects or non-conformity with the approved specification.

Pricing and payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment terms are those shown at checkout, on the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation. We may suspend production or delivery when an amount is overdue or required approval has not been provided.

Limited commercial warranty

Subject to these Terms, AcrylLAB warrants that the product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal, documented use within the approved written specifications for 12 months from documented delivery or commissioning, whichever occurs first, and in all cases no later than 15 months after shipment, unless another period is agreed in writing.

A warranty claim must include the order number or invoice, product identification, a clear fault description, relevant operating conditions, and reasonable photographs, video, measurements, or test results. The customer must cooperate with safe remote diagnosis and must not return the entire product without prior written return authorization.

Warranty remedies

For a verified covered defect, AcrylLAB may, at its reasonable option and subject to applicable law: provide remote diagnosis and operating guidance; supply replacement parts; repair the affected component or product; replace the affected product where repair is not commercially reasonable; or provide another remedy required by applicable law.

If inspection confirms a covered defect, AcrylLAB will bear reasonable costs that it approved in advance for the applicable remedy. If no covered defect is found, the customer may be responsible for inspection, labor, packaging, travel, customs, and transportation costs. Replacement parts and repaired or replacement products are covered for the remaining original warranty period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Warranty exclusions

The limited commercial warranty does not cover damage, failure, deterioration, or performance variation arising from any of the following:

• Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, discoloration, crazing or appearance changes that do not materially affect function.
• Consumables and wear items, including gloves, seals, gaskets, O-rings, filters, desiccants, tubing, lamps, fuses, lubricants, and similar replaceable components.
• Use outside the approved drawing, written specification, quotation, manual, labeling, stated operating limits, or agreed laboratory or industrial application.
• Applying positive pressure unless the exact product configuration was expressly designed and approved in writing for positive-pressure operation.
• Exceeding the rated vacuum or operating below the approved gauge-pressure limit, including operation beyond −0.1 MPa gauge pressure where that is the stated limit.
• Rapid pressure changes, improper evacuation or venting sequence, blocked valves, closed outlets, unsuitable vacuum pumps, incorrect fittings, inadequate controls, or failure to use appropriate pressure-relief or safety devices.
• Impact, dropping, overturning, crushing, excessive vibration, improper lifting, poor load restraint, or damage during customer-arranged transportation, relocation, storage, unpacking, installation, or reinstallation.
• Unauthorized drilling, cutting, bonding, machining, repair, disassembly, modification, added openings or ports, wiring changes, or use of non-approved replacement parts.
• Improper installation, inadequate support or leveling, insufficient ventilation, poor grounding, unsuitable power supply, voltage fluctuation, electrical surge, water ingress, or incorrect connection of pumps, sensors, controllers, or accessories.
• Chemical incompatibility, solvent attack, environmental stress cracking, corrosion, contamination, excessive humidity, ultraviolet exposure, heat, cold, flame, or any environmental condition outside the approved range.
• Use with explosive, flammable, highly reactive, toxic, pressurized, radioactive, biohazardous, or otherwise hazardous substances unless the application and exact configuration were specifically reviewed and approved by AcrylLAB in writing.
• Inadequate cleaning, inspection, preventive maintenance, leak checking, seal replacement, or continued operation after visible damage, leakage, abnormal noise, deformation, electrical fault, or other unsafe behavior is observed.
• Customer-supplied drawings, measurements, specifications, samples, components, software, accessories, or application requirements that are incomplete, inaccurate, incompatible, or unsuitable.
• Third-party pumps, sensors, controllers, equipment, accessories, software, or consumables, except to the extent covered by an applicable pass-through manufacturer warranty.
• Operator error, use by untrained personnel, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, failure to follow instructions, or use for a purpose different from the agreed application.
• Fire, flood, earthquake, extreme weather, utility interruption, acts of government, civil disturbance, carrier delay, force majeure, or another event outside AcrylLAB's reasonable control.
• Failure to achieve an unstated experimental result, purity level, atmosphere, leak rate, cycle time, process output, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose that was not expressly included in the approved written specification.

These exclusions do not excuse a defect directly caused by AcrylLAB's materials or workmanship and do not limit rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

Safety and prohibited reliance

Acrylic chambers can be damaged by unsuitable chemicals, impact, heat, stress, and incorrect pressure operation. Unless expressly designed and approved otherwise in writing, the products must not be used as pressure vessels, life-support systems, medical devices, explosion-containment devices, or primary safeguards for hazardous processes. The customer must stop operation immediately if cracks, deformation, leaks, abnormal behavior, or damage are observed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AcrylLAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of samples, cultures, reagents, experiments, research time, production, use, revenue, profit, contracts, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.

To the extent permitted by law, AcrylLAB's aggregate contractual liability arising from an affected product will not exceed the amount actually paid to AcrylLAB for that affected product. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, or liability and mandatory product-safety or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.

Shipping, risk, and acceptance

Shipping, inspection, damage reporting, unloading, customs, and risk allocation are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, and Shipping Policy. Delivery acknowledgement does not prevent a timely concealed-damage or warranty claim, but the customer must take reasonable steps to preserve evidence and mitigate loss.

Force majeure

AcrylLAB is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, export or import restriction, utility failure, material shortage, carrier disruption, or supplier interruption. We will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer and resume performance.

Mandatory rights and severability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
