Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for standard in-stock products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number).

Custom-size and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are manufactured specifically for you. This includes any item ordered through our Custom & Made-to-Order service.

To start a return, contact us at support@acryllab.com with your order number. Returns must be sent to: 成都市现代工业港融智创新产业园1栋5号 (please contact us first — items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted). Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order on delivery and contact support@acryllab.com within 7 days with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
