Shipping policy

Order processing and production

In-stock standard products are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Production time for custom-size and made-to-order equipment begins only after applicable payment requirements have been met and the customer has approved the final drawings, dimensions, port locations, accessories, performance requirements, and other specifications in writing.

Processing, production, and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Changes requested after drawing approval may affect price and delivery time.

Packaging and freight shipments

Large glove boxes, vacuum chambers, and related equipment may be shipped in reinforced wooden crates by freight. The customer must confirm that the delivery location has suitable vehicle and doorway access and must arrange any required unloading equipment, including a loading dock, forklift, pallet jack, crane, or lift-gate service, unless the written quotation expressly includes those services.

Freight delivery normally means delivery to the named address or curbside delivery and does not include unpacking, indoor placement, installation, commissioning, or removal of packaging unless expressly stated in writing. Keep all crates, cushioning, and protective materials until inspection and functional acceptance are complete.

International shipping and Incoterms

Unless the quotation, order confirmation, or commercial invoice states otherwise, international business orders are supplied DAP named destination, Incoterms® 2020. Under DAP, the customer is responsible for import clearance, customs duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, destination-country compliance, and unloading.

We may arrange cargo insurance or shipment-value protection when it is expressly included in the quotation or shipping confirmation. A carrier's declared value is not represented as equivalent to comprehensive cargo insurance. If the customer arranges transportation, risk allocation and insurance responsibility will follow the agreed written shipping term.

Shipping and delivery estimates

We ship worldwide where permitted. Transit time is typically 7–30 business days depending on destination, shipment size, customs clearance, carrier capacity, and service selected. Customs inspection, import clearance, severe weather, carrier disruption, force majeure, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

Tracking

Tracking or freight reference information will be provided when available after dispatch. Freight tracking events may be less frequent than parcel tracking events.

Delivery inspection

Before signing the proof of delivery, inspect the crate and shipment for punctures, crushing, water exposure, broken seals, missing pieces, tipping, or other visible damage. Photograph the shipment from multiple sides and record any damage or shortage on the carrier's proof of delivery. Do not sign the shipment as being received in good condition if visible damage is present.

Transit damage and shortages

To help preserve carrier claim rights, report visible damage or shortage to support@acryllab.com within 24 hours of delivery and concealed damage within 5 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, proof of delivery, photographs of the unopened crate and packaging, photographs or video of the product, and a description of the damage or shortage. Preserve all packaging and do not discard or repair damaged items until we or the carrier provide instructions.

These notification windows support timely investigation and carrier claims. They do not remove any rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
