Uses & operating limits
Choose D when the working chamber itself must be evacuated. Dedicated vacuum ports connect to an external pump, while transparent acrylic allows the process to be observed.
For designs with gloves and sealing covers, close the glove-port covers during evacuation. Glove work is performed only after backfilling with nitrogen or argon to the approved working pressure.

Models & dimensions
D01–D03 are supplied without glove ports. D04–D07 include operating gloves; a version without glove ports can be quoted as a custom configuration.
Confirmed clear internal space: D01: 240 × 240 × 240 mm; D02: 340 × 240 × 240 mm. For other models, request the internal dimensions, access opening and fitting layout. Panel thickness and reinforcement affect usable space.

Standard equipment & options
Standard supply
- Acrylic vacuum chamber in the selected nominal size
- Dedicated vacuum ports for pump connection
- Operating gloves for D04–D07 (500 × 400 × 400 mm and larger)
A vacuum pump and external connecting pipework are not included. Confirm the internal electrical arrangement for the selected size if equipment needs power inside.
Optional configuration
Options and performance requirements are reviewed for your selected chamber and quoted separately. Only equipment listed in the confirmed order is included.
Working space, doors & gloves
Specify the minimum clear internal space, equipment loading dimensions and door clearance. Nominal chamber dimensions do not account for every panel, fitting or access constraint. Send a drawing or sketch if fit is critical.
Alternative glove materials, sleeves, glove-port locations and spare gloves require confirmation of mounting and sealing compatibility.
Gas, vacuum & liquid connections
Confirm the pump connection, tubing diameter and connection layout. The standard vacuum connection is G1/4 with a shut-off valve and a fitting selected for compatible 8 mm or 10 mm OD tubing.
Dedicated KF25 connections, additional ports and alternative positions can be quoted. External pump and pipework are separate from the standard chamber price.
Internal power & cable access
Electrical arrangements are confirmed for the selected D-series size and configuration. Specify voltage, plug type, internal load and instrument cables before ordering.
Signal leads, sensors and liquid lines can require separate sealed feedthroughs. Ask for the agreed internal power arrangement to be listed in the quotation.
Temperature & humidity control
Temperature and humidity modules are supplied as part of a complete AcrylLAB chamber system, with the agreed integration installed and tested before shipment.
Send the temperature range, humidity or moisture target and units, chamber size, internal heat or moisture sources, gas supply and door-opening frequency. Achievable performance and any acceptance conditions are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Sensors, measurement & purification
Specify the parameter, range, unit and required accuracy. Relative humidity (% RH), trace moisture (ppm H₂O) and oxygen concentration are different requirements.
A basic monitor does not remove moisture or oxygen. Trace-level analyzers, drying equipment and active gas purification or recirculation must be separately specified and quoted.
Pressure duty & construction
Approximately −0.1 MPa gauge is the short-duration maximum for the applicable approved design. Confirm your target pressure and holding time; do not treat this as a universal continuous operating rating.
Large custom chambers may require thicker acrylic and structural reinforcement. The approved drawing and quotation identify the construction and operating limits. Close glove-port covers during evacuation and backfill to the approved working pressure before glove operation.

Choose a standard size above. Request a quotation if you need confirmed equipment clearance, a different glove arrangement, extra interfaces or custom pressure duty.

- Confirm internal space, loading opening, pump connection and electrical arrangement.
- Provide quantity, full delivery address/postal code and transport preference.
The written order identifies the approved configuration, production schedule and freight. Pumps, external pipework and specialist instruments are included only if listed. Product images are illustrative.
